I'm definitely more a dog person. But if ever there was a cat breed that could be described as "dog trapped inside the body of a cat" it's the Abyssinian.
I adopted Mogwai from a breeder after she had her spayed after an emergency C-section turned up a deformed kitten stuck in the birth canal.
Mogwai fears nothing. She has ruled up to three Dobermans at a time. She greets strangers enthusiastically. She is a whopping 6.5 pounds and is now 17.5 years old. I feed her a raw based diet and supplement with grain free canned.

Lol the secret life of a cat!

We have 4 rescue cats who are indoor only. They are Miles, his sister, Abby, Fish and Jin. At about 7 pounds Abby is the undisputed ringleader. We all her Abbyintoeverything. They have lots of ”up” space to get away from the dogs, plus they have the basement to themselves as well as the whole house at night. It’s a good thing for the up space...we have 2 new puppies coming in January, but I’m sure the cats will whip them right into shape.
