Now I must look through the whole thread to check out pics!!!!
Glad to See Everybody!!

This is my Diva. She has green legs and pea comb but no beard or muffs. Today I noticed she has white ears!!! White. Does this mean she will lay white eggs?

I am really not that experienced but I thought it was the pea comb that had more to do with the egg color in EEs. I guess we'll find out eventually!

What is her genetic background?

Ear color DOES have to do with egg color, but not in all cases. She might just lay lighter eggs, but the more likely case is that she's just not mature yet.

Leg color has nothing to do with egg color.

Her pea comb will give a good gaurantee of good egg color.

Wouldn't that be something? Expecting my Shamo to lay blue eggs. . . . Now that's a unique chicken!
