Poor sweet thing. It's possible she may be dehydrated. Encourage her to drink - if you have them, offer some electrolytes for the night, then give her some poultry vitamins that contain B2 (Riboflavin) in her water.
It does close its eyes whenever I hold it, also almost always when it is "sitting" in the brooder too. It doesn't have spraddle leg, and the feet seem healthy and just like the other chicks, but at the "knee" joint, the legs fold forward. It can only do a small sort of shuffle going backwards. It seems like it is becoming easier for it to stand, though it is stuck in a position where its' neck and head are tucked down so its' beak and head are almost in between the legs. It looks to me, like the chick is still squished inside its' egg.Can u pick it up and hold it in your hand and see if it will close its eyes
The chicks leg function slightly and it almost seems like she could stand up, if not for the position in which her head and neck naturally rest, which is with her neck bent so that her head is almost in between her legs. Her legs bend forward at the knee joint, with her feet laying flat in front of her, she can then do a small shuffle only moving backwards.Poor sweet thing. It's possible she may be dehydrated. Do they legs seem to function at all? It's hard to tell if she is just dehydrated or if she may have some splay or spraddle leg going on.
Here's some information on leg conditions:

at the moment vitamins might help. try that first and watch the chick. you will probably have to syringe water with vitamins. if it starts eating give it some sesame seeds - this helped my chick. The chicks leg function slightly and it almost seems like she could stand up, if not for the position in which her head and neck naturally rest, which is with her neck bent so that her head is almost in between her legs. I read though the articles you attached to your last post, and her legs and feet seem to be healthy, and it almost seems like the position of her neck is the true issue... but her knee joint doesn't allow her to stand. It looks like she still squished inside her egg.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated
this sounds like wry neck. Sometimes you can cure it by giving vitamins. Poly vi sol without iron is the best one I have found. I drip two drops into their mouths twice a day until they show Improvement and then I wean them off of it when they are completely cured. Be careful when dropping anything liquid into the beak they can aspirate easily. The chicks leg function slightly and it almost seems like she could stand up, if not for the position in which her head and neck naturally rest, which is with her neck bent so that her head is almost in between her legs. Quote: I agree with @minihorse927 it does sound like possible Wry Neck.
Poultry vitamins or as suggested Poly Vi Sol (no iron) would be a good idea, so start vitamin treatment as soon as you can. Wry Neck is a symptoms of various conditions like Vitamin E and Selenium Deficiency, neurological disorders/diseases like Marek's or head injury.
Hopefully she will start improving with vitamins.
