I see!

On the top of the screen, there is a zoom function. See it you can get the button to come up by zooming in Out

It does work IF I zoom way out on both Chrome and Safari!

I would like to be able to search the "articles" and "reviews" sections. So far I can't find any sort of search function.

It has to do with resolution issues.

It's still a bug, IMO. One should be able to scroll in the drop down.

Zooming in and out seems to affect lots of things. Should probably be included in some instructions somewhere, to play with your zoom to see what changes it makes.
The automatic resizing is nice, but also causes other issues.

Definitely a bug. There are a lot of 13 inch screens and others with the same resolution that will have this problem. Should be able to scroll to the bottom of the page. Using zoom is a walk around the problem and not ideal

Resolution = Screen size?

It is the pixel ration of the screen. MacBook Pro has a very high resolution and that can cause problems. Yours is likely:

13.3-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit display with IPS technology; 2560-by-1600 native resolution at 227 pixels per inch with support for millions of colors.
