Christine slumped back down, grateful to be able to just lie there and not move. Her eyes closed on their own and she breathed out heavily.

Voo worked the hide under her and began to drag her back to the den, getting her inside was going to be a pain.
She huffed and stumbled her away across the stone at an achingly slow pace. She didn't want to disturb Christine anymore than needed.
The other dragon seemed to have poofed for the time being for he was no longer there, at least not in sight. Voo grumbled.

Once within a dozen feet of her den she went inside, scrounging through the rest of her goods for cleansers and more water.

"What now?" Jester echoed, then proceeded without giving Silv a chance to reply. He wasn't in the mood to chat. "Now, you are going to pay whatever respects you came here to do. Then you are going to leave, savy?"

"Respects to a pile of bone? He belongs in the wood, only to it may he pay his respects. Tenebrae the living is gone now, Caronia the living is soon to follow if we sit and waste time with his ashes." Silv replied, "But if you want me to leave, I'll leave... Hehe, though I believe even you know just as well what danger we are in, ants without our queen. We'll scramble when they come."

Jester growled lowly, a hardly audible sound that came from deep within his chest. How dare he speak of Tenebrae in such a manner?! However, Silv's next words rang so true in his mind that he held himself back from shooting a retort back right away. He hadn't really considered it before, maybe only briefly and never in much depth. Without Tenebrae, there was nobody to lead them, and unless someone came forward and proved themself as the rightful heir, the great dynasty that had carried on from Silas for over 2000 years would end. Instead of ripping out Silv's throat like he had been tempted to a few seconds ago, he looked at him intently and said: "And what do you propose we do?" His tone was still cold, he couldn't help it, but the question was a bit more open to him.

Christina was mostly limp as Voo moved her, occasionally twitching or moaning softly. She was about half concious, still aware of what was going on around her, but not really recognising, so to speak, what she was seeing. The pain had dulled and become manageable after drinking the liquid, allowing her mind to clear a bit more for the time being.

"no why would he? he was very upset that I ruined his hunt though, even though he was the one who ruined my hunt. it seemed like he just wanted to pick a fight." niernen said shrugging his shoulders. "all I know about where he was from is that he ran north so I suspect thats where he lives" niernen said.

Kyra nodded slowly as he worked, not giving her thoughts away. It was very possible that this attacker was from Caronia, if she had her directions right then Caronia would indeed be in a northery direction. Niernen's description of his violent personality also suggested he was from Caronia, though she had met several crooked rogues. But was it the same one who had attacked Henry, Charlotte and Frill? If so, why had he only killed Henry? Not to be critical of Niernen's fighting ability, but if Henry had been unable to fight off his attacker then she doubted he could. So if it wasn't the same one, how many were there?

Voo began with the wounds still bleeding and those oozing with infection. She wiped and cleaned, dug and wrapped; in all, a very unpleasant experience.
She had never seen such any creature with such injuries alive, it was shocking.

Silv brushed Jester's sharp words away with a nonchalant claw gesture, "What is blatantly obvious of course. We cannot function without structure, and without our beloved leader to provide said structure, we shall soon end in turmoil. Caronia's inhabitants are of that certain crowd, Jesse, that crowd that doesn't set well without an iron claw to keep them bound and focused."

zar'roc had walked away for just a moment and went to get some water, he came back to see voo and christina gone. "where did they go?" he asked himself.

After taking care of some of the more severe injuries on the dragoness, Voo stepped out once more to look for the other.
There he was, bleeding but apparently not dead. Her brow creased and she waved at him to come nearer, "I can see what I can do for you, if you wish. First tell me from whence you hail? I fear I have not seen you around these parts."

didn't reply right away. He wasn't sure whether Silv was implying that he should take over, or if he wanted to take it for himself. Niether of which sit very well with him. He didn't want to be leader, he wanted to keep his position as second. With that postion he was still fairly high in rank, but didn't have the responsibilities of the leader. At the same time, Silv couldn't be leader, he wasn't born into the family. There hadn't been a leader who wasn't descended from Silas in the history of Caronia. "Tenebrae has no descendents ready to take over his position. Until someone comes forward, or Pandora becomes old enough, there cannot be a leader."
