I do that Bee, but I haven't been out with the cold and snow for a good while. The last time I was out I took my extras to my FIL when I took him to the doctor. He loves them.Or you can give those eggs to a needy family or elderly person in your community. If you ask around you can usually find someone who is having a hard time putting food on the table this winter and would love the extra nutrition.
I have a couple of folks who buy the pickled eggs, too.
