I'm behind on reading this thread. Did anyone mention stacked mating??? I saw it the other night. Couldn't believe my eyes.

A runner female was down on the ground with the WH drake on her and the runner drake on top of him. Nasty! Poor girl.

Okay duckie folks !!! I've just spent over an hour reading 13 pages of this "gross truth" thread. Took me soooo long due to ROFLOL. TOO, TOO funny !
I don't have ducks now...have in the past. I just didn't remember all of these things ! I had one, her name was Penny...sweetest little girl. I had mentioned a few times to DH about "perhaps"..,.means as good as done....getting 3 in the spring. Have chickens and Guinea keets. I have 2 ???. First, TrysTin...what breed is that adorable little duck with the black feet ??? Second: Looking for Pastels...anybody know a reasonable place to buy some ? Girlfriend saw these at the Fryeburg, ME fair last month and fell in love. Would like to buy her a couple in the spring. Bet her DH will want to kill me. LOL

Do your ducks find any and everything to put in their wading tub? I have a tub I clean out every 2-3 days, and I always find things like pebbles, walnuts, large rusty washers, chunks of wood, etc. in the bottom. It could be my geese doing it, but it is sure interesting.
