I would like to add that Ron Paul is about the kindest and most ethical politician I've ever seen. He even delivered a baby for free for a bi racial couple in the early 70s because they were turned away by other doctors.

He also understands the injustice experienced by minorities in our "justice" system.
So does Obama. except that he would have gladly had the baby aborted, and would have given $50,000 to someone growing a houseplant, calling them a black farmer.

Hey at least Barack wants to make sure people have access to birth control via health care reform.

Why do I have to help pay for someones birth control ?

Most birth control requires a doctor's prescription. Making sure this is accessible and affordable will help with unwanted pregnancy which often ends up as a welfare statistic. duh!

I don't want to pay for your everyday needs. Duh!

I don't mind helping someone with life threatening problems, But I don't want to pay for a kids skinned knee or a cold or someones prophylactic.

Well Hemet Dennis, health care reform requires that everyone purchase their own insurance or be fined if they don't. It is the insurance companies who will be paying for birth control, not you silly

Insurance companies already pay for such things whether you want them to or not. And pharmaceutical companies make too much money from keeping people on their drugs...

Anyway, I believe - my prediction - that health care premiums will eventually begin to decrease because of reform. There will be many more people contributing to the plans.
