I cant afford to pay anymore!
So if I don't have a policy...and just pay the yearly tax..will I still be covered during the year?

And expecting my hubby to be unemployed, our BC/BS will be terminated on the day he gets the pink slip and who is going to pay for our daughter's braces which she just got tacked on two months ago?????? We can only get by so far for the family of three.

You seem to be very judgmental. Please refrain from "people like you" comments. I don't think you know anyone here well enough to judge. Sorry you chose to defend a bad law.
