After brushing Ciro off, the usually apathetic direwolf responded to Aella in unusual kind, laboriously wriggling herself through the grass to trustingly lay her massive head right into Aella's hands."She's got her other super senses in her favor, that's for sure." Aella responded, watching people file out of the house one by one, including many loud children. Thankfully they steered clear of them. She unceremoniously dropped herself back down beside Ta, grinning at the banter between Ciro and the wolf. "I'll keep an eye on her," she ruffled the fur between Taquikkar's ears, scattering the stray blades of grass that clung to her fur. "She'll be just fine. Right, Ta?" Even though she asked it like she expected an answer, she clearly got none, but was none the less enthusiastic.
"Nice, Ta, love you too," Ciro grunted in mock offense. "Been sneaking her any bribes I don't know about, eh, El?" he asked Aella teasingly. Then his clenched palm just happened to open and accidentally send the fistful of grass that he'd been mindlessly ripping up flying their way.
