I think I do, I think his tail angle is a little high.

This is a pure American bird that is about half the size, not the best picture though.

The one for sale is a Bantam or LF?

Its a bantam. Now Im rethinking about selling it though LOL. I do have another one that has a lot more fluff, but my camera died before I got a pic of it.

I think a little to high is alot better than to low. That guy isn't much off, I think they are to be 25 deg. He's not off that much, but a pic can make him look different. I'm talking pic above this one, the one you want to sell. Size is a problem in orp bantams.

Ok, maybe I will keep him. I need to invest in a scale though so I can work on the size of my birds.
