The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

can anybody please tell me just by looking at the picture if he is 100% English? He is supposed to be, but I was trying selling him and nobody wanted him so I'm wondering why? He is almost 5 months old and huge and I can no longer keep him.
he looks very much like an English bird, and my guess is nobody wanted him because they already have a ton of roos to get rid of lol, now if he were a pullet, he would have been gone in an instant! Looks good for 5 months old.

Beautiful Buff Sandy! Always such a treat to see your pictures.

3 month old red pullet.

Can anyone give me insight on the peppering in this red? What can I do about it, is there anything I can do about it? I only have 2 pullets and this is one of them. I'll have a nice roo by the time they are laying, I just hope I don't need different hens to get rid of this. The type is there, love it, the color is worrying me.
