The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

Jeremy - Yep, they will be shipped tomorrow. Already have shipment confirmed with the PO (did that Friday). I have the box ready and the little nest pad in it. I'll take a picture of all of them before I ship them. I have to have them to the PO before noon (I won't take them until the last minute). I will PM you with the tracking number when I get back. WHen I talked to the Postmaster on Friday, she said they should be there by Tuesday.

That sounds great Joy! Thank you so very much for letting me have the privilege of raising some of your beautiful birds.
I'll call first thing tomorrow in the morning and make sure my postmaster knows I'm expecting a box of little fuzzys.

Thanks Kassandra !! Yours will be on the way in the near future !!

Well, the last little guy just hatched and now everybody is out. Had a 100% hatch. Every egg that went into the incubator was fertile and hatched successfully, so I'm really pleased about that.

Will take pictures in the morning of everybody and post. Now I'm heading to bed for some much needed sleep...didn't get much sleep last night and it's super late for me tonight also. I'm beat...but happy.

3 out and 2 more pipped. Taking their time...for sure!

Question...how is it you guys are able to take such pretty FLUFFY pictures so soon after drying out. Mine have matted fluff...do you rub them with a towel or something?

(currently nursing a splayed leg SPPR that hatched last night)
