Hi Roger...cute Orpingtons! The middle picture looks like a roo because its comb is so pink/red. The one with the full body shot I thought looked like a girl because of its tail not being "cocked" up. I have been studying my 5 Orpingtons trying to figure out the same. Mine are 3 1/2 weeks old. I THOUGHT that roos tails usually jut up more at an angle than girls. Anybody know??
Today is LOCKDOWN for my 15 remaining English Orpington (part) eggs!! REALLY hope all 15 hatch!!

Usually, girls get feathering a LOT quicker than the boys. If I can remember, I'll take a picture and post a picture today of a cockerel and pullet that are the same age - you can look at the feathering and see the difference.
