ETA: How big is he???

I haven't weighed him for a few weeks, I'll probably do that when he goes in with the black girls.

I thought about bringing him to Stockton, but I think we would end up renaming him Houdini. Cause I don't think he would be there long without 24 hour surveillance.

Jean,
That was a very wise decision as you are very familar with the possible scenerio.

Love all the pics . Richard so happy about your cuckoos. Well done.

I am going to post a pic as soon as I can of Black Cockerel who took Champion English at the Lake City, Fl show. There were 24 LF Orps shown. Sorry I didn't count all the Sussex, and Cornish. Some really nice Orpingtons shown. Darlene Hobbs won the Champion English as Trisha was sharing. I managed to pull off Reserve Champion English with a younger black cockerel and so I feel like I won twice. I was so happy for Darlene. I carried all my spare cockerels and they sold so quick. I had actually sold the one that won RS before they wre judged. I think his new owner was happy. I could have shown any one of the ones I sold.
I am so happy that so many people are trying to breed these Orps.

Trisha you have done a fine job breeding. Darlene showed two black males she got from you and both were great looking.

I saw a black bantam cockerel that I was very impressed with. I will get back a little later with the pics.

He's looking good.

Is this the same split boy you posted a photo of awhile back? He seems to have filled out nicely if so.

Yea it is, the hen doesnt like gettin her pic taken, shes really lazy lol

Well I like him! How are those new Blue girls you recently got doing?

Did you make a decision on using them with your split boy?

I would only take him if you were able to keep him on a leash!

Can't wait to see you at Newnan, not sure any of my LF will be in condition to show but will have a great time just the same.

ps- now if my girls would just cooperate and start laying I would love to start hatching some show prospects for this fall/winters show schedule.
