A black out of a Blue is still genetically just black. A blue is not going to pop up if you breed Black to black not matter if he comes from blue and you will not get blue in your feathering. It will not give you poor black color unless genetically you already have poor or dull black coloring.
If your birds have some other dilute mixed in / cuckoo, brown, buff, it might throw off your coloring.
So If you want blacks from me ever just know if I have a black hatch from a blue that is great color and type then I have put them in my black pen.
