I did not see that! How horrifying! I will look it up on the headline news this morning. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE TODAY!

This is nothing to the magnitude of that story, but the other night someone pulled up and stole our log splitter right out of the yard ($1200), what kind of person does that?

Julie......that's horrible! I'll pray for that family and those poor children who will probably have nightmares about that!!!!

Nellie.....I know what you mean about somebody coming up in your yard....I had somebody come in our yard and try to steal my peacock one night....when I went out the next morning....my peacock was in the tree....when he saw me he came right down.....NOW I HAVE LOCKS and A SECURITY SYSTEM IN PLACE! People are going nuts now-a-days! Hope you catch the people who stole it!

All's well thank you all!!!

Never lost power. 60 mile an hour winds. A tornado did not touch, but passed through, not even a mile from me according to the news. Right next to where Eugene is (the one in the newspaper cover). When day breaks, I'll go see the damage. The "gorilla cages" my husband built held up! Trees down everywhere mostly. I had to figure out what animal to put where since I have rescues. All worked out. And, of course, my husband's on a business trip. He always seems to time it just right.

Three babies hatched during the worst part of the storm. I'm trying to figure out names...Thunder, Storm,...

Once again, thank you. I hope Julie's OK, same system went through her area. I hope everyone and everything is in tact.

They're still drying, but here are the three babies that hatched during the tornado warning. Looks like I have one more cinnamon one. The one on the left needs a name.
