Well, Beth is coming over today to pick up her chicks and I am really looking forward to meeting her in person - YAY !!! Gotta remember to have my camera batteries charged !!!

Beth - If you find those rice husks before you head my way - bring me a bag !!!

ETA: Cheryl - I read in your sig line where the BBS orps you just hatched were English. Do you mind telling me where you got them from? I'm always looking for full-blooded English birds .... especially full-blooded English BBS !!! So this is pretty exciting to see that you have some !!!

they are from her Charlie Blue and sisters that are from Julie's English

I bought some of the small nipple waterers from oldtimegator for chicks. I am going to try that for their waterer as soon as I can remember how to rig it up. I am hoping that not only will it cut down on shaving messes but it will completely get rid of the drowning issues.

Yup, it's understood that they are from Julie's line of Charlie and only 50%. Only person I know that has a pair of 100% is Joy now.
