Yes Joy, you are correct. I am sorry for posting and then running off. I found out that one of our dogs was attacked last night and I had to arrange for them to take him to the vet. They called right after I posted that. The vet is unsure of the damage, and from what I understand he will be ok. 2-3 large puncture wounds and a 2" cut/tear.
I am working on an Orpington variety, and I wanted the English type. Since my husband is working 30 minutes from Julie, and I came down to visit him, I contacted Julie to see if she would allow me to get a couple of her extra roosters. I saw the entire situation as a sign from God. I have been eyeing Julie's birds forever! Even had eggs shipped when she had American Orps and her beautiful Silkies. So this is such an incredible opportunity. No telling when (if ever) that I will be this way again.

It will be hard not to just start stuffing lovelies into the car for the trip home, but I promise to be on my best behavior.
Oh Julie, I should warn you that my 2 youngest are chicken lovers too, ok maybe not just chickens..they love all animals.
