Thank you Joy! I owe their beauty all to you! I'm so in love with these birds, it's almost ridiculous.

I still think of them as my "babies" even though now they practically are as tall as my knee... LOL!

Thelma has really grown on me in the past few weeks, I never paid much attention to her because I used to favor the blues so much but I feel like she may have matured a bit and those changes really caught my eye. I think she is just lovely. Plus she is a BIG girl, she's my heaviest hen. When I lean over to pick her up I have to put a bit of extra effort into lifting her. I just tell her it's because she's big boned...

Well, I just sent 6 more babies down to Georgia. Beth - Your babies are on the way !! Your friend picked them up about an hour ago !! Can't wait until you get them

I had 6 chicks hatch yesterday- looks like 3 blacks and 3 blues. I have more due to hatch on Monday. The GL babies are doing great so far - growing like little weeds.

I heard they are enroute! They will arrive here 2 am, so they're going to sleep at Carolyns - I'll pick them up in the morning. I am SO excited to get them! Carolyn just kept saying she's never seen such big chicks!

Some updated pictures of my chicks that I got from Julie last week. They are 10 days old already! Amazing how fast time goes by! They are growing like weeds. I love watching them and playing with them. I just moved them to a bigger brooder and they are enjoying the extra room, to jump and test those wings. Not the best quality pics but you get the idea. Enjoy them!
