The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

It has been brought to our attention by several people that there is a series of 14 auctions currently running on an auction site that include imported type orps that seem awfully suspicious. They are using pics that do not belong to them and both seller and many bidders can be linked by doing a quick Google search. Just a heads up.

Hey, I saw that too and noticed that one of our new members with a different name is using the sellers photobucket account. This persons BYC screen name is very similar to one of the bidders on the auctions.

Be careful out there people.

We are on this and have contacted both the seller and one of the bidders...if we cant get honest answers (and a good explanation) about the use of pictures from other websites, the auctions will be pulled.

I do appreciate you looking out for us...thanks Jesse and Jean. Although we were already working behind the senes on this one it is always good to have other BYC members helping out.

Grandma Joy, Skoche has three little beauties in the brooder - I will try for pictures this evening. I don't get to keep them, though, they are promised to a friend.

Just going to have to do my own hatch later on.

Jeremy, I think I have a blue and two blacks from Skoche and Imprimus, and a splash from Ultrasuede and either Katia or Cloud, their eggs are identical. Some Delaware chicks in the picture, too. These are for Gloria Jean:

I am not sure the hatch is done, I have a few more eggs in there, but we had a long loss of electricity during a storm, and another electrical glitch, so I feel lucky to have gotten these babies.
