Oh I feel really dumb, does it stand for blue black splash?

Yup, BBS is short for Blue, Black and Splash.

PM me and we'll chat if you're interested in chicks.

I know Harry has picked up a couple of Joy's pullets/hens from someone in PA. And he had Julie's Tubby Jr. I was lucky enough to get a few eggs from Harry in Feb and several of them were from Tubby Jr. I have one son that I call Little TJ. He is growing out nicely. Along with a couple of Harry's Lav Ameraucanas. Harry is a good man and knows what to breed for. he is breeding for the UK look and I am sure he will have some killer looking BBS's growing out for next year.

A few pictures from today.

Neville couldn't get enough, he was being a gentlemen though and kept calling his girls to the treat. See where my other roo pecked at his comb? I was so furious at them. The dumb boys decided fighting through the fence AND wooden lattice was a good idea...

The sun washed this picture out a lot but it shows off Neville's width, he's getting to be quite the big boy.

Jeremy, great pics. I can't wait to see what you get off of that group.

I took a few pics this evening. Jeremy this first group if for you. Some of Champ. He is about 15 months now. He is about to get grown. He has a broad but very short tail. He is a broad little in every way.
Frontal veiw. The sun makes him look an off color in the photo

I have some nice chicks off him and Taylor.

Here are a few girls that are very hot and drinking lots of water

This is a pretty pullet that is about close to 8 months old. She is not as large as I like but very nice type. I will let her finish growing and see what I think.

Thanks Tonya.
Here is one of my Fav pullets that is not 3 months old yet. She is going to be good. Sad news is she won't be ready to show by Oct.

I really like Champ's comb.

It's just about perfect, isn't it?

I really, really want a splash!

I hatched a gajillion chicks and only have one blue pullet. Looks like I'll be hatching another gajillion next spring for that splash...

Tenn, some hatches I got no splash and then some were splash heavy. I have young group right now that has lots of splash but cockerel heavy.
Champs comb is decent.
