Maybe some of us English orps people can come together and make something nice here in the states!

I would definitely be up for that!

I think they pale coloration with the lacing is stunning.

They remind me of faded, old feathers on blues, like when they are sun bleached and old (feathers).
Nope, I do not like that color at all. Then again, I prefer the dark blue in the blue range of colors, too.

I totally agree, looks like old faded feathers to me.

If it's an English Orp, I like it. Pretty much no matter what color it is.

I agree with you Jeremy "if its English I like it" they are just huge & flufy, I have got a few young ones comming on & between them & the American std. is a world of difference, Matter of fact I only have 1 pure American pullet left, thats how much I like them !!!!!!!!!!

A fourth Blue chick hatched last night underneath my broody Blue Wheaten Ameraucana in the coop. It's much, much paler than the other three Blues that have hatched, I'm thinking it has to be from my hen Alice.

I'm trying to decide whether I should let my broody raise this newest chick or if I should take it from her and raise it myself in the brooder. I have a few Olive Egger chicks that I could give her instead.

What do y'all think?
