The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

J is that bird a blue or Lavender?. Either way you need to cull and not breed into your flock. Obvious fault if your breeding for good color. If there just pets and you don't mind the off color it won't be a problem
here is cletus. I'm not sure what to do with him at this point. Im not a big fan of the red

Quote: Thank you very much. I am only just starting and still learning. These were hatched from eggs I got from Rebel Yell. Might have to order more from him next spring <hint-hint>. I know basics to look for....but I am still learning the "touch" or the "eye" for detail.

Thank you.. I think he is only going to get better and better. :)

I am sure he will.

One really needs to think about their "screen name" when they come up with it. When I started I had no clue that poor people may want to call me by my screen name and would have to type it out. LOL. Most just call me 4312 for short or "hey you", or whatever. LOL. I am so sorry I made it so long.

Quote: you can have your name changed if you want.... there is a thread on the GF member page for that, I think..... ask a Mod.
I have thought about that. Only problem is....then they would not know me...but then that could be fun, wouldn't it? LOL. Course my little backyard farm name is Willow Flat Farms. that would make me WFF I guess for short.
