Very pretty.

Hi Y'all! I snapped a photo of one of my Legbar Orpington Roosters. He looks a lot like Rockinpaints roo that she posted.
Sorry the picture is not good quality. I just took a quick picture with my phone. It is really hard to capture their true colors.
He is still young and is filling out nicely. He is starting get a little bit of a creamy color popping up but his barring is becoming more prominent. I will try and get some photos of my hen this weekend. I hope the pair will breed true, the color is really beautiful.

How old is he?

He is about 4 months. I would have to go get my records to get an exact age. He hatched in July so that is about right.

My chocolates are the biggest of all the birds I imported. They are truly giants even at 4 months. I will try to get some photos of them soon also.

Here is a picture I took a couple weeks ago of one of my chocolate hens. This picture turned out pretty good I think for a picture taken with my cell phone. The chocolates are probably one of the friendliest breeds too. One of my hens will fly up and land on my shoulder. I have tried to discourage this since they have gotten so big. LOL I can imagine her doing it once they are full grown
