The khaki-Campbell duck Thread !!!!!!!!

Pics
Wow everyone has such nice ducks. I hope to be a Morris county (new jersey) future duck farmer soon. I am looking to buy some khaki campbell ducks from mcmurray hatchery to go with my chickens. I am only interested in 6-7 ducks and there minimum regular type of ordering is 10. I wanted to know if anyone local wanted to split an order or anyone local has hens for sale.
Thanks

Its great to see so many cute campbell pics! I thought mine were khaki campbells but think 2 might be dark campbells and 1 white campbell. They are beautiful affectionate ducks especially my white one quack.

I have a Khaki Campbell pair and are wondering if they are 'pure' or not as both have some blue on their wings with the drake also having a bit of white. the Duck is a very light colour with lacing and a slightly darker head, he's quite dark with a darker head but not black or green as I've seen in others.
I don't currently have a photo sorry

My KC Drake has a sable colored head. This pic is during last Spring's molt, but here you can see my duck in the front and my drake in the back. Drake def has a green bill, whereas duck has black bill.

The two ducks at the bottom of the pic and the one getting in the pool are all from the same hatch. Hatching Mom is the KC duck pictured above, but you can see the one at 6:00 is KC with the sable head and the one to the left (clockwise) is Rouen x KC with the eye stripes, as is the one in the pool. (So my Rouen laid her eggs in the KC's nest) HTH

The very light duck is very pretty-- I'm wondering if she's mixed with Silver Appleyard? I don't have that breed so I'm not certain. Very pretty anyway. My general thought is that when the birds have the eye stripes, they are most likely Rouen Crosses. (But do remember that KCs were mixes Rouen and Runner, so they carry both genes)
