The Ladies are Pecking him Bald! Rooster Hoodie?

I have an extremely docile and sweet Polish Crested Rooster. My ladies are ruthlessly pecking out his head feathers on the back of his head. I got some Rooster Booster and it was working for a while. His feathers were all growing back nicely. But today I went out there and every single one that was growing back, plus a few more, were plucked clean out. I could see all of the pores where they come out. Poor guy!

I put more rooster booster on for the time being, but what I'd like to do, is get a type of hood for him to wear. Kind of like a bandanna or soft helmet, just to protect the bald area and get the feathers to grow back. Anyone have any ideas about how i can do this?

I wont get rid of him, and I can't really seperate them, so I need a solution other than those please.

If i was gonna attempt a roo hoodie, i would go with vet wrap, it only sticks to itself, is easy to cut with scissors, cheap, and comes in an array of fun colors. Please oh please post a pic of the end result.

So, I had some vet wrap already and just tried it, but i can't really get it around his puff of head feathers and get it tight without choking him.
