Philomel abruptly stopped crying as she saw a large pile of glitter that Griffin left behind. She used her tiny beak to suck it all up.

Griffin ran at someone's knees. They tried to kick him away, but he just dissolved into shadow and appeared behind them, cackling.

The dreamer Gossamer was with dissapeared with a *POOF* as he woke up. She sighed, and decided to be a unicornspider again.

"You too," the other girl said. "I'm Nisha."
"I will stay here," Swift added. "Perhaps, Nisha, you can help Suliya discover how to use magic."
"Okay," Nisha nodded, and beckoned for her companion to follow.
(*this way I only have one character at once and I'm not controlling the story, lol*)
They climbed up through the entrance to Swift's den and into the open forest. Nisha's skin looked even paler in what seemed to be moonlight coming from the sky.
"Are you a dreamer too?" Nisha asked Suliya. "Or do you live here, like Swift?"

"I'm a dreamer, I guess... sorry, I'm new to this." Suliya said apogetically. "So you're a 'dreamer' too?"

"Bones! BONES!" Hissed The Terror. "I need you. Come to me." As she waited, she noticed a dreamer wandering near the border. Soon the dreamer felt a cold, strong hand wrap around her upper arm, and she was pulled into The Land of Nightmares.

"Bones! BONES!" Hissed The Terror. "I need you. Come to me." As she waited, she noticed a dreamer wandering near the border. Soon the dreamer felt a cold, strong hand wrap around her upper arm, and she was pulled into The Land of Nightmares.

Suddenly, shadow-Griffin appeared next to The Terror. "Terror." he growled, "Dark today, isn't it?"

"Hello, Griffin. Yes, quite dark, just as I like it," she replied, releasing the crying dreamer back into the real world.

Griffin clicked his shadow-beak. "Do you know how I got into the nightmare world this time? Sparkles. Evil things, sparkles." he hissed in a voice that sounded like a snake and a chicken at the same time.

"Let me guess. Gossamer and Meb were involved?" She asked contemptuously, nearly spitting out their names. She simply despised such obsessively happy creatures. Then she grinned, showing a row of sharp fang-like teeth. Soon they wouldn't be so happy.
