Ara sighed softly at the expected answer then nodded "Please, any help would be appreciated." She said then looked to another person as they came up to them. She couldn't tell who it was with the hood over their head though.

Nico looked up, startled at their sudden appearance, or rather he just didn't notice them until now. He hesitantly looked over at Ara, glaring into her eyes, unsure what to think of her. After a moment of studying the new person, he saw Elena and his expression softened. "What's going on?" He asked.

Elena gave Ara a smile and hopped off her log and gestured for her to follow. She turned in the direction of the house then paused when she noticed Nico standing there. Elena gave him a happy smile, she liked Nico, he was quiet and calm not crazy chaos like most of the people at the house.

"Hey Nico, didn't expect to see you out here. This mage lost her friend, she disappeared I was going to bring her back to the house to see if they could help her find her friend. You want to come with? Or I could come back and sit with you if you like after I bring her to the house." She said to Nico pleasantly, she didn't think either of them really had any friends.

Castor growled in annoyance and opened his mouth to say no but much to his discomfort Pollux jabbed him in the rip with an elbow, Castor shot a glare at Pollux.

Pollux returned his brother's glare, neither of them really interacted with others and it was mainly because Castor scared them off. Pollux was quite fascinated by Lyla's courage to even talk to them so this time he wouldn't let his brother scare her off. He turned his attention back to Lyla and gave her an approving nod while his brother was quick to speak for him.

Castor grumbles even more annoyed then before "He says it's fine for you to join is if you'd really like" he says grumpily as he shoots one last glare at the now smiling victorious Pollux

Lyla noticed that Castor didn't seem to want her there, but Pollux seemed receptive, which was confirmed by both of them. She gave a happy smile and fell into step next to Pollux. "Awesome! It gets super boring not having anyone to wander around with when I am not on assignment. So twins right, which one is the older of you two?" She asked conversationally. She had heard they were twins, and they certainly looked like twins but she didn't want to assume, she preferred to have the facts.

Castor walked close to Pollux and would keep glancing past him to watch Lyla, he didn't mind speaking for Pollux he just wish his efforts weren't wasted on talking to this girl "He says he can understand that, apparently I can get boring after a while, hey you better watch it or I'll make you speak for yourself" he says swiftly, he was so used to switching between talking for Pollux and talking for himself it now just came naturally. "I'm the eldest!" He said quickly, he straighten up to look taller then his normally ducking brother even though they were the same height.

Pollux rolled his eyes at his brother's eagerness to claim being older, he simply jabbed him in the ribs again with an elbow and gave Castor another meaningful look.

Castor sighs "I might be the oldest but Pollux says he's definitely the better one which is a lie since I'm the one who has to speak for him" he mumbles

Pollux shot him another glance and shrugged, he couldn't make his brother down right repeat what he said but he was close enough, he then nudged his brother's arm twice and gestured between the two of them with a finger.

Castor sighs "He also wants to add it's was made pretty clearly that we're twins, between our looks, closeness, our magic, and even the fact that we're named after Gemini, it shouldn't be hard to piece things together when it comes to us" Castor was barely even listening to what he was saying anymore, he just half consciously spoke for Pollux

Elliot nodded, replying "Let's do it. Would you like to walk in the woods or on the streets?" He reached for her hand softly.

"Woods." Tamara answered as she took his hand.

Eva saw a young girl sitting alone in the corner of the room. She gathered up her courage and walked over to her. "Hi! My name is Eva. What's yours?" Eva asked with a smile.

Lincoln sat back down and hit the button under his desk to unlock the door. "Yes that is all you need. I expect you to be respectful of those who live and work here, including the mages." He didn't tell her that there were cameras everywhere or that he was going to be keeping an eye on her. She was a loose canon and not one he trusted, but she had potential if he could rein her in a bit. He nodded and went back to his work, letting her know that the conversation had ended.

Sabrina hesitated but she knew better. She turned around and went out the door.

Danny leaned forward in the chair and gave her an almost devilish grin as he looked her in the eyes "Then do it, it wouldn't be the first time I've been cursed anyways" he says almost challenging

Lilith looked at him, a bit unsure. She didn't know if anything could go wrong. She shook that thought out of her head, responding with a devilish grin "What curse would Danny have placed on him?" She suggested with a fake evil "Obedience to me, attraction to me, not being able to move, or something else?"

Jade shivered a little at his touch, looking to him again then shaking her head and looking to the food he had brought "Why do they want to murder us?" She asked then motioned to the chairs "Please, stay, talk to me, there is so much I don't understand."

Luka decided to stay. She deserved to be talked to, unlike the multiple others who fell to his cruel acts. He got up and sat down in the chair, waiting a bit before saying "The A.M.S., or Anti Mage Society, wants us dead, and murder mages all the time. They do so because they are either jealous or scared of us, but the truth is that the reason doesn't matter because they're killing us all the time. He added "The government wants you here either to do tests on you and maybe kill you for your powers, or keep you here to join your side. There were many mages like you who were solitary or with someone else, but that is a horrible idea unless you completely know how to use your powers." He paused, sighing, before adding in a quieter voice "Then there's the mage house, a house in the city where a good-sized group of mages live. But I don't know where that is."

Maddox was surprised and touched by Maximilian and Arisala and their willingness to forgive. When he first arrived here he had been told about it, but to witness it first hand was another thing entirely. "Thank you, and just let me know if I can do anything around here to help out." He said hurriedly.

Arisala nodded in agreement with everything that was said. "Perhaps you could go run errands with Maximilian when he leaves? I am sure he could use a hand." She said as she looked to Maximilian and added telepathically, "it will make him feel like we trust him. He needs that right now, and it will help with his control."

Maximilian nodded at the idea, replying to Maddox "It won't be that hard, just some minor shopping." He added to Arisala though their telepathic connection "That sounds good. Should I leave now or later?"

Elliot nodded, and headed for the nearest woods in the region. As they walked on the streets there, Elliot looked around at other people, making sure they weren't targeted or followed, especially by the A.M.S.

Tamara also looked around for the same reasons as Elliot. She squeezed his head gently. She couldn't help wishing that they didn't have to be spies for the mages. She wished her and Elliot could be in normal relationship.

As they neared the forest, Elliot gently squeezed her hand back, to assure her that they were safe. As they entered the forest and Elliot made sure no one was listening, he suggested "We should make a cabin in a forest like this, far out where it's safe and we can live relaxed.
