The Legbar Thread!

Pics
My babies from Greenfire are almost a month old now. Really easy to tell the different genders. Love the barring on the cockerel.

Congrats monkeypoop! I always get my stuff from Greenfire overnight. I hope you do too. Please post pics. I can't get enough.

Hi Carol -

I was just tracking my birds this AM and see they have a noon guaranteed delivery time. Let me know if they are not there - your postage will be refunded if they fail to meet the time.

In addition - as 99% of my orders I did place an extra pair in the box in case the post office is not too friendly. I placed two heat packs and checked the weather and all looked good. :)

Take care,
Richard

Maybe they are on the plane with mine. They are coming from Jordan Farms in Georgia and left Tallahassee Florida last night. Should be here by noon today!

I just checked the tracking and they have made it to Seattle. They should be on time. I can't wait to see them. I will let you know how they look when I pick them up.

Hi Carol -

Good talking with you this afternoon. It is always good to hear a voice behind the customer's name on an order.

Good to hear all of the legbars are doing well!! Your welcome on the extra pair! Looking forward to some pictures. :)

If you could add a testimonial on my website that would be much appreciated.

Hope to do business in the future.

Take care,
Richard

So I managed to drive through the city and get there, took about 3 hours total to get there and back but it was worth it. I opened the box and they were smaller than I thought but are very meaty feeling. They already have names, the cockerel is Frederick, the curious pullet in front with a noticeable tuft is Ingrid, and the more shy pullet is Priscilla.
Sorry about the cell phone pic, my normal camera was dead.
