when i walked down the field today i noticed a small track of Melows feathers, so i have obviously been looking in the wrong place for her :(

We have so many posts, that I have forgotten which legbar thread is the social one and which is the serious breed development one---and where people are discussing their strategies for improving the breed.

Because of Miss Molly's beautiful photos---I will post this here...but maybe it is time for a thread about strategies for breed improvement?

I found this article when I was web surfing it is in the polish club's site.......... It is about line-breeding/in-breeding chickens. It makes it important IMO to keep good track of genetics. Maybe I will also post this in the working group thread....

I have hatched a breeding pair of White Cream Legbars.. Thought I would keep them in a separate breeding coop for fun.
It will be interesting to see what I get ....
