I am not into the paints that much just know they use solid black with the paints to improve them is all.

My understanding is it is 1 copy of Dom White with leakage. That is what happens with my SBEL. They have those spots too. You can only have one copy of Dom White so if you breed a paint to black you will get 50% more paints. If you get one that is 2 copies of Dom White with blacks you will get 100% with spots. I think I might have a white roo with 2 copies but not sure.
