Hey y'all I just bought a place in Murfreesboro right next to the battlefield. We have 4.5 acres of good land. We haven't moved yet but will be soon. We live in IA at the moment and can't wait to leave! Our property came with a coop but it needs some fixin' and some chickens! I'm not sure what birds do well in Middle TN but am thinkin' about Black Jersey Giants. I'm also zoned for agriculture! If you live nearby you are more than welcome to come start a garden of your own in our yard!

Any one looking for white day old silkie chicks? I have them on reserve at the local feed store. I don't want any more white ones. I would like to get some colors to mix it up a bit. There are 6 available and they are 2.50 a piece. Let me know and I'll give you the information.

I was going to get a dozen Cream Legbar hatching eggs from a list member but do to some dogs she is not going to be able to provide them. I am still looking for them and also if anyone has a lead on Penesenca eggs or I would consider chicks.

Did you check with Raven1? She works in Sparta and lives in Carthage and has Crested Cream Legbars.

Did you check the Tennessee Breeders list in my Siggy? Not sure I know anyone around with Penesenca?
