That is kinda the wrong direction...sorry. I do sometimes go that way to visit family and friends so i may check with you then. Would love Lavenders they must be pretty.

The lavenders are GORGEOUS!!!

Wife69- I almost always have barred EE boys running around. I can totally hook you up whenever.

(See? I told you we were all enablers!) I don't get barred EE girls out of my matchup. I get black or blue EE girls. I also have blue/black/splash pure ameraucanas too. There are a ton of us in this area with all colors of true ameraucanas, so we can hook you up if you get a craving for blue eggs.

So, we seem to have a ton of young roos floating about. What do you think about setting a meet up time in Smyrna and then spreading the word through the hispanic community that we have roosters for sale? The hispanic roofers that came out here bought every single young rooster I had at the time and they wanted more. Seems like a win, win situation. We get rid of our boys and somebody gets a healthy meal out of it.

To make it a bit more irresistible I live closer to Raven than you think

Wish I could but I do not think there is that high of a demand for silkie's black flesh. Nor would I let these very nice ones go for food. Good luck to everyone getting rid of their extras though. The pq's I don't have a problem with where they go but these few are very nice from great lines.
Off to the yard sales

So I am going to take One Black, Blue and Splash. I would love to take Cuckoo's too but I just don't have anymore pens. I think I have your info from Craigslist so I will call you or email you later this weekend. Do you have any pullets in blue and/or splash and if so how much? I only have 5 pullets maybe 6 (One I can't figure out) and I am still going to have too many roos so I will have to spread them out with the EE and Olive Eggers.

Holly I am still trying to figure out where I could put your Wheaten. I have a pen with a pretty EE roo but I don't have enough girls for two boys. I have lost 4 EE/Olive Egger girls in the past three months and only have 5-7 left. BTW Edwards for the feed...do they bag it somehow or do I need to bring something (part of the deal for the trip

How do y'all feel about putting the roos in a breeding pen with a couple of girls at a time(in with the rest of the flock not separate altogether)? My husband says that is not a good idea they need to run some. But it sure would help my breeding and my pen populations. Plus I can have some unfertilized egg to eat, I just can't eat them fertile they mess my stomach up!
