Wow Jenski--- just wow. That is hen heaven!!

I completely agree with your philosophy. I need to get to work winterizing as soon as my 2 year old stops puking in my ear!! Poor girl has a nasty stomach bug and gives no warning before vomiting. I feel like my house is flooded with vomit!!

I picked up some 20 gauge super clear vinyl at the fabric store last night. Planning on making removable panels so I can just take them down in the spring if they survive the winter.

Tracyee glad you got the wrap where did you find it? Handcocks? I worry with combs of single comb birds I read a lot about frost bite on those guys.

Country it is VERY cold out this AM but soon as the sun comes up it won't be so bad.

I was looking into the Show out in Sparta and it seems like it will be a nice venue. Not sure who is judging yet as it is not on the flyer. I will most likely attend this show. Anyone else? FYI it is all bantam! I plan to take a few silkies and Showgirls and will also be entering my new Modern's just to see how well I did picking them out without knowing anything on the SOP! Sometimes I amuse myself!

Anne Jack will be there with his Buff's and White's I think you should go.

I hope you guys have a great day!

Boy did I have a lot of reading to catch up on..it's been a few days since I have been on here.We wrap with house wrap so the moisture won't collect and cause frostbite. It won't allow any wind or rain to get through but breathes. We will be doing ours on Sun after we get back from the show.
Got lucky and sold most of the extra Marans..kept a nice quad and lessened my feed bill
