The cats are Maine mixes and both know they are beautiful. Both are in the dog house...HA...because someone clawed the window sill. I don't know who is guilty so they both got brought back to the scene of the crime and reprimanded. Time to bring out the double stick tape.
Anyone interested in:
2 black AM hens/pullets and your choice of 1 of 3 (or more if you are interested) roos- black, blue or lav
(Anne, if you aren't interested then) I also have a welsummer trio and a young spare roo that will be needing homes
3 Toppy hens and 4 juveniles (only 1 is toppy) game chickens- older hen is the best mother and goes broody at least twice a year
2 barred rock hens- they are named Plump and Juicy but I would prefer they weren't eaten- we can do that here
1 EE hen- my son's bird- her name is Rotini and once again don't want to see her eaten- lays a gorgeous, large, mint colored egg
Whatever is left my husband will be putting in Camp Kenmore that is supposed to be taking them in starting this weekend.

Jess, I thought you were over here before...what took you so long!
Thought I would stick my head in quickly..Emmalyn so sorry you have to sell so much..it sucks. I'm doing it now myself but for different reasons.
I do have a bunch for sale if anyone can find me around to pick any up that's a totally different issue
I will even deliver them along my trip to Indy..for some gas money.
A few more laying hens RIR and White leghorn mostly I may sell others since I still have too many
Pair of Bantam Cochins...Splash Roo and solid black hen..will separate
Black Silkie Hen-what can I say 3 silkies are too many
Blue Cuckoo Marans Roo-feather legged from Becky's babies this Summer.Had plans for him but too much going on
Blue Copper Marans Roosters-feather legged 3 months old nice stock.Sorry no pullets-Connie I will have you one shortly though
Bantam Mille Fleur Cochin Roo he's going to be dark but has nice chevrons and white
Entire flock of the BLRW 2 roos 4 hens and they are nice!
back to normally scheduled life...are 8 year old's allowed to have their drivers license so I can stay HOME
8 more years then I will only 8 more years so a few blinks and that will be here..so until then I will enjoy every minute of living at the gym, watching them bloom into who they will become and fly when ready...then I will be ready to enjoy a few things for myself. There is no chicken or any other animal worth missing any minute of this so I'm cutting back to just a few..my MF Cochin's will be my only project with a few others for fun.

Why are you getting rid of so many chickens? Are you leaving us for the darkside or something???

We are in Lewisburg TN and a donation worth a bag of feed would be appreciated. Not asking for much just want a good home that hopefully will keep them off the menu.
I'm just too busy right now.Meg has increased her time at the gym so I can't be home to take care of everything I need to get done.During the day it's school time and also all the Scout things we do.Paul's working further and further away now so he can't help at night.
I'm not complaining it took me 12 years to get the little one's and I love doing it..just can't do everything and get anything done.
