I see a chick on the bator cam! Apparently came from a blue egg and is climbing all over the other eggs. Awesome!

My kids have been watching my laptop like hawks - I came running when they all started screaming because #2 was out. I thought there was going to be a fistfight - we've got six kids and viewing spaces were at a premium. So cool to watch, can't wait for ours to start hatching!! We took a peek when we put the girls to bed tonight with just a mag light, and the three eggs I picked up all had movement in them - woot!!

New hens laying fine, now have 7. Six layed yesterday. I'm not going to candle until day 14,
don't need the space and not to worried about rotting before then.

Well it looks like winter is making a come back! I have spent the last two days pruning and cutting back ornamental grasses. I actually have an apple tree with leaves and flower buds almost ready to open! Guess they are lost.
Got good news from Critterlover, she was able to pick me up a mini satin buck rabbit at the Pa. Rabbit show. Country punk and I picked up a bunch of lion heads last weekend. One doe has nine baby's!
And even greater good news is that Raven and I are getting ready to send off an order to Sandhill! Whoo! Baby chicks! We're getting Mille forked leghorns,red polish and a couple Icelandics! The ices are for me,thought it would be good to have another bloodline to go with the ones I have.

I thought something was up when I stopped getting notifications but then I killed the main computer and have to borrow the kids or beg them for my tablet..mine not theirs.Got to love them right

I'm going to plan on taking cookies on the 19th to M'Boro around 2pm if anyone still wants some I have a few thousand boxes needing a home

Donna and everyone wanting to pick up at Rivergate I'm going to be there from 2-3 on the 16th before I go in to start selling and again around 5 on the 24th

We have 9 buns that have had or having buns this week...so much cuteness.Sold all the recent babies though that we are selling..rest are staying for showing.
okla I would be worried about such a small doe having that many kits..or are some peanuts? Still though it's hard on small rabbits to have big litters.We brought 2 home from the PA Convention Ethan's new birthday present..a HL buck from the top breeder in the country of them and a broken black mini rex doe..she's beautiful as well.Now...2 more heading to Dalton in a few weeks..then Muscle Shoals,before 2 shows in Ky to end March.

I do have an incubator on and running..MFC's and a few Partridge Wyandotte.It's not easy when I'm not going to be home at all to even check the bator.Sure wouldn't be a good time to have a malfunction.
