Blue wheaten are great looking I'm currently working on a self/blue rooster and I am in love with a Snow White rooster my buddy has

I sort of wish I'd kept Levi, but alas, he was not in the plans at the time. His new family really loved him, I heard.

Oh I know Tex I was just having some fun, and yep she is a good looker and robably a better laying hen than mine will ever be. She looks to be 5-6 pounds is that about right?

4.5 lbs she should lay around 300 a year. My lavender hens lay 5 to six a week

That seems like exceptional laying... I heard true Ameraucana laid much less than that. Mine all ended up boys so far.

My EE is also right at 4.5#. And 2-3 eggs a week at best.

I had a speckled Sussex cockerel. And wow, was he beautiful!

Got me wondering if I should switch from FBCM to speckled Sussex!

You have a hard decision to make. I love the looks of most Roo's. They have such pretty different colors and their stature as boss men is very cool. I have 3 and couldn't part with any of them, thank God I don't have too.

The girls pick my poor Brahmas feet feathers on the roost so his feet aren't as fuzzy as normal in this pic. He looks grey in the pic cuz of shadow, but is actually very white with black tail w/ green sheen

Ameraucanas are supposed to lay around 300 a year and EE's should be right there with leghorns around 340 a year. I have 3 EE's and I get at least 2 eggs a day from them. My leghorn I get a egg every day except on holidays lol

The information about them is different I have seen 250 a year all the way up to 300
