Ok I'm eating this for the 2nd time in 2 days! Help!
I changed a couple things this time - used butter instead of oil, added a pinch of salt and took it out of the mircowave at 2 1/2 mins.
It was tender and gooey.
I HAD this recipe and used it many tmes (just ask my hips) but ended up throwing it away for the benefit of my health. I had completely forgotten about it till I saw this thread.
So of course now I have to go off and make one, just to make sure I did the right thing in throwing away the recipe the first time
This is PERFECT! My kids and I just finished having breakfast for dinner... I think I'm going to go make 4 of these for us for dessert and suprise them!
I made 5 of them and boy are they delicious, and filling! Our house smelled so good after I finished making them. I'm seriously going to boil some sweetened condensed milk into caramel and drizzle it over these the next time I make them.
It's good! I wish I had had some pecans to add to mine, would have been out of this world delicious. Hint... use an XL mug so you have room to put a scoop or two of ice cream right on top of the cake. That's what I did, so I only had mugs to clean up, instead of mugs AND plates.
