The most dangerous cake recipe in the world!

I was thinking about trying to make a pumpkin cake with raisins and chocolate chips.
If I used canned pumpkin (3Tbs? or 4?) I'd have to cut back on the liquid (milk/water).
Hmmmm, I'll let you all know if it turns out or explodes in my mirowave!

Dang it anyhow people....

I'm going to try my lowcarb version and let you know how it goes!

Of course, I opened this thread and had to run to the kitchen and try it. Three tablespoons of sugar seemed like a lot so I used only two. Three tablespoons of oil was out of the question - I used one tablespoon and two tablespoons of applesauce in substitute. I also threw in a pinch of salt.

It's not bad - It didn't have the complete cylindrical look of the OP pictures but it didn't run up and over the sides and it wasn't bad.

It's definitely a "cheep" chocolate cake fix without the guilt of eating most of the 9x13 pan myself

Thanks for sharing. I'll be making this one again for sure.

if you get it to the batter state and then add a little mixed sugar and cocoa and then boiling hot water you'll have pudding cake.

This is by far the coolest recipe i have ever seen, I will now be in the kitchen trying it out.

You're my new best friend. Lets make charm bracelets.
