The most dangerous cake recipe in the world!

I tried it with HALF the sugar, and I thought it was much better. the texture was a little dryer, less gooey, and it was not nearly so rich. Now I will try it with applesauce instead of oil... Maybe I will make is somewhat less guilty!

I've started cutting the recipe in half. I also use 2 packets of Truvia in place of the sugar... of course, the full sugar vanilla ice cream I put on top doesn't help any.

To those of you who don't like it, I can't imagine eating it without a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and don't think it would be very good without it.

....what if you put a one ounce square of semi-sweet baking chocolate in the middle....?

I can't try it because I'm diabetic...that and because I would eat the whole thing!!
