The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

“Awesome,” Cam said, stepping into the room. Here were more of those strange flickering sconces, but more alarming was the incessant buzz of some huge mosquitoes. “I think I’m ready to get out of here about now,” she decided.

“Those’ll turn us into raisins,” Kyle commented.
“Yeah same here” Take muttered, agreeing with Cam, he stared up at the huge ominous mosquitoes. He took a step into the room, scanning for the nearest hallway. Once he spotted it, he tore a torch off the wall and waved it around to ward off any of the bugs that came near. What was unusual was the color of the ‘fire’ instead of it being oranges and yellows, it was a strong neon yellow like what construction workers wore.

Rylie pounced on one of the mosquitoes (about his size but much more delicate) and squished it, biting off its head.

Cam eyed their dangling legs and straw-sized proboscises nervously, giving them a half hearted slap. Is it too much to hope they aren’t female?

Charlie followed the others up the stairs. He took the last step over the rubble of the wall Take had knocked down and surveyed the situation. "Dope," he muttered, grabbing a neon-yellow torch and getting ready to fight off a bunch of mosquitoes.
The loud buzzing noises were much worse than those made by the bees and were giving Take a headache. He hurdled swears at the mosquitos that came close to his ears. He hated having such advanced hearing, the high pitched sounds were way more intensified. He’d probably go deaf for a little while after getting away from the mosquitoes. The neon yellow flames ate up the flying insects in an instant, and Take gradually made his way over to the single hallway.

For Blair, the moment she stepped into the room, it was torture. A few small mosquitoes normally would hurt her ears or even give her a headache, but the noise of the massive flying ones was closer to crippling. She could even put it on the list of top ten things she wish she could never hear again.
The urge to just cover her ears and sit in a corner until it was over was rather tempting, but when she saw some of the others burning the massive bloodsucking bugs with the neon-yellow torches, she followed suite, grabbing one and viciously killing any mosquito that dared to come near her until soon almost all of them were dead.

Cam shrugged and grabbed a torch. Whatever was in those torches seemed to be doing a good job.
“Flee!” She brandished the torch, waving it at a bug.
Ewww. Guess there’s no hope that these are male. One of them had descended on her and was sucking her blood. It was a strange sensation since she could barely feel it, but she was disgusted to see her blood being sucked into her body. Of course I’m always the one mosquitoes go for. That is going to itch... a lot.
“Die!” she exclaimed, trying to slap the bug. The size of the slap caused her to become unbalanced and she fell upon the insect in a clumsy tackle.
Cam smushed the bug and wiped the blood -oh, that would be her own blood, ugh- off her hands. Or just smeared it all over them. Gross.
Thankfully the brownish blood wasn’t too obvious on her dark skin, but she could see a huge welt forming where it had bitten her.

Ellie’s eyes widened “move” She shouted to Fred who was standing in the line of fire from her lasers. “Yes ma’am” Fred saluted stepping aside. (Sorry guys I have been quite busy and stopped getting notifications for this Rp)
Take’s eyes fell upon Ellie, Oh yeah she can shoot those laser things..
Shoot them the rest down!” He yelled towards her as the mosquito numbers dwindled. He noticed the others fighting as well, especially a blood soaked Cam. “Over here, in the hall” he said towards them, his torch lighting the arched opening.

Cam stepped into the hall while Rylie continued to throw himself into the melee of the advancing mosquitoes, tearing heads off and stuff.

“Yup” Ellie shouted shooting the last of them. Fred covered his head his eyes wide with fear
