TN gets snow too.
yes it does, depends on what part of the state on how much, but the northern states get much more than the southern, even florida get snow in the panhandle, i admit not much but sometimes , i first saw snow in florida when i was eight, never saw it again (of course i wasn't back in the winter til 2013) til 2014, even then it was more of a tiny little ball instead of a flake

sean, or i have a question for you since you've been breeding birds for a while, why when you set eggs in a incubator do the eggs hatch different days instead of all on the same day? my hatch was due wed and thurs, had two hatch on tues, two on wed and one thur and today three with another just broke into the air bubble
or anyone who may know:idunno all eggs set on same day and time

Wow really? Never would have guessed! Not often though, right? And I assume it is less in recent years? It's gotten warmer and less snow here

no, not often, the first for me, 1958 and that was at night, as soon as the sun came out the next morning, melted then i married in 69 and moved to pa in 70, no snow til 2014 for me, i know it snowed in alabama in 70, traveling to pa, outside of birmingham husband and i got in a disagreement when i said, heavy frost last night and he said, thats snow, told him frost cause it didn't snow in alabama so we back and forth snow, heavy frost til he pulled over and said, go pick up some of that frost , hate to admit it but he was right:lau:gig, also found out that year that you can't run barefoot in the snow if you want to keep your toes
