I caught up, I caught up!!!
That was my take. The chick was oblivious to the potential of that huge mouth next to it and Fiona was "WHOA this thing is scary!"
Just another summer occasional weekend place for them I would guess.
Nope! There are 3 ski areas in the Jackson area so February would be a busy time, you can still keep the single week in Nov after foliage season and before the ski areas open though. That's when the hotel/motel/inn owners go on vacation in Stowe.
Whaaaaaaat?? You mean they aren't "regular people"? Say it ain't so!
Ahh, I miss you too Blooie!
Got home about an hour after you posted that

Kinda hard to keep up with forums and YouTube channels one follows when every day is spent on the road.
Friday and Sat all day getting to Moncton, NB. Stayed in Waterville ME Friday, had dinner with SuperChemicalGirl
Got DD1 into her dorm at Mt. Allison in Sackville, NB on Sunday and drove the 2 hours to Charlottetown, PEI. Had dinner and walked the boardwalk. Played tourist Mon-Wed, headed back to Sackville Thursday, with the cheese (3 Y/O cheddar) and chocolate DD had requested. Spent the night in Cocagne at a B&B we stayed at when we dropped her at school last January. Drove home Friday and Saturday, stayed in Bangor Fri night, had dinner with LazyGardner and her DH

.
Well, maybe a BIT more! We saw part of the middle and the east end of the Island. Arrived Sunday late afternoon left Thursday morning. Paid our $47.75 Canadian ransom to use the bridge on the way out. A couple of places we planned to go to were closed ... Labor Day. On the up side, since it was "post season" on Wednesday, we didn't have to pay to go to the park in Greenwich. Walked about 6 miles there.
And mussels! We did our part to support the local mussel growers

Saw signs for new PEI potatoes all over the place, glad they weren't USED PEI potatoes

. I don't remember the numbers DW found in a guide of some sort but there are dozens and dozens of varieties of potatoes grown. And they grow a huge quantity of Canadian potatoes are grown on PEI. The entire island is only about 20% of the land mass of Vermont and we ALL know how small that is (even though the vast majority of maple syrup produced in the USA is in Vermont).
Work has to be bad when getting your braces cranked is preferable!
Um, did that guy use to run a medical insurance company or something? Isn't it his JOB to get people where they need to go on the bus??
No way I am going to click the "Like" button on that !!!!! I sure hope you've recovered.
Ooh, ooh, pictures when it happens??? And who might his BYC'er be? No one we know from Texas I suppose.
Maybe wouldn't have liked it as much had he caught it.
