Okay, so how do they travel between relms besides sleeping? Does the dream relm physically exist?

Yes, all the realms physically exist! The "portal" to the Courtyard is in Fly Home CAfe, the "portal" to the SLayers realm is in Reese Gets a Piece! The monster realm is in a movie theater. The dream realm is in a cemetary.
