I'm proud of you too, DiDi! Keep up the good work and fight through the days you want to have "just one." Been there, done that and I know how hard it is. I have been smoke free for 17 years, and though it is not tempting to bum one anymore, I still have moments when my body says. "If I was still smoking, I would have one right now." It happens at the strangest, most random times, too. Anything that has that much control over your mind and body is to be avoided like the plague!
The first three weeks are the hardest, then it gets gradually easier. After that, people let their guard down and starting back happens accidently. Just keep repeating - NO! I don't smoke anymore!
Random amusing observation - My filter at work makes it impossible to search for images of "Naked Necks" and it REALLY didn't want me to research whether or not "Pussy Willow" would grow in my zone.
