I suspect the issue you may run into, pollo randy, is that the nature of the RSL makes the "oops" factor that often leads to roos of the age range you are looking for needing to be re-homed a non-issue. In breeds where people buy either SR or end up with that 10% mistaken gender bird by mistake you find roos left and right at about the age you are wanting, but sex-linked birds eliminate that all together.

They were talking about that on the sex link thread. Niclandia did say that most of the Golden Comet Roosters were killed. That is at hatch! The hatcheries do not want the Golden Comet Genetics out there because it is a secret as to the strains they use to get them.

Some hatcheries do use Sex links as packing peanuts though so you should be able to find some RSLs. They are not like the Golden Comets though. You can do some fancy things if you have one of those.

The Golden comet Roosters. Niclandia was very impressed with what you could do with one.

I guess it is a chicken Nerd thing.
