desperation the mother of invention great job there.. might try tying a rope throw over the building then pulling the roof pieces up? and yes the hair dryer would work wear rubber bottom like boots or tennis shoes even rubber gloves for safety
old man said to lay 2 x 4 like a ramp to put rope around pull that way easier

I don't think it will be that heavy. We will just put it up over the 7 foot wall in the back and push it up.

Had lightning strike a tree 50 yards from by back porch. It's in the goat pen and I think they got a jolt through the ground. After it happened they all came running out of their shelter (cattle panel hoop house covered in tarp) into the rain and ran around all lost and confused for a bit, then ran back into the shelter. Many of you know... goats HATE the rain.

Another line moving east right now should get to me in maybe an hour or so. Going to go milk and feed now to hopefully beat its arrival.

Made a big pot of spaghetti sauce before my son and his family left so they could take some home when they left. Thawed out a container and plan on using some for dinner after chores. If I think about it I'll take a pic to share with y'all... make ya jealous and all that Hope y'all have a great meal planned for this evening.

When we lived in TN, a big double trunk oak split and crushed the goat house. Killed one goat and traumatized another. He was really happy to get out of there when i discovered it.

As promised... home made sauce w/sausage/ground beef/mushrooms/lots of Parmesan cheese and very delish. Wish I had some grated Romano cheese... so much more flavor.
