How good of a hatch rate do you get with TJ eggs?

I just read something about lobsters being able to crawl for up to three minutes after you've killed them. A bit similar like a snake's body will still move for several minutes after it's been decapitated.

The production lines might not be "recognized breeds", but there are probably ten times more of them than there are pure breed birds. Hy-Line W-36 and Hy-Line Brown being the most popular ones.

Sort of at that gangly dino-like tween age...

I found that the smudge spots on the TJ's come in / feather out as a soft dove gray feather, not real bold like splash marans are.
They are still just so cute! I feel like spring is hear with all theses 69*-70* temps. I have chicks suppose to start hatching Sat. Can hardly wait.

I won't be hatching anything until spring, but really enjoy hearing about, and seeing the pics of the chicks.

As to sushi rolls, and sashimi...have been a fan for a long time. Dh's first wife is Korean, so he's been a fan much longer than I have. One of my daughters started with California Rolls. She offered to her sisters, and me. We expanded from there. I had already been enjoying lox, and cream cheese on my bagels for years, so uncooked fish was nothing new. For those not wishing to try raw fish, the California Roll is a good start, as is the typical Caterpillar Roll, and Mexican Roll. All the seafood is cooked in them.

Steamed live Maine lobster in drawn butter for me, thank you. I prefer not to eat anything that is still moving across my plate.

Yes!

But it will need to start a bit earlier--someone might set Emu eggs and they take 55 days I think.
I have no place to put one but does someone here sell Emu eggs? Or Emu babies? What are Emu babies called? (Chickens = Chicks, ducks = ducklings, geese/goose = goslings.)
