Morning Old Folks wet again cannot get a break here
Since September

Same here, 20 days of rain a month on average this yr.
Just had a big load of #2 gravel delivered yesterday to fill in our hundred yard long mud driveway. Had a bright idea of taking my old backhoe and digging the big hump along the edge and mixing it back in the potholes/ruts.
What a mistake that was never had a chance to dry out and pack in. Had to put vehicles in 4x4 to run through it. Should be good now though.

Breakfast of champions. Haven't had one in yrs but my breakfast for yrs at work. On toast, thick layer of PB and toast soaked with honey both sides .
Used to make PBJ 'Monte Cristo's' quite often also, PBJ sandwich, dip in egg like French toast with maple syrup on top mmm.

Home from the Dermatologists. DH had a MOHS procedure on his scalp. He's been follicularly challenged for years so you guys who are a bit thin on top where your hair is concerned don't forget wear a hat or use sun scream lotion there also when outside.

@CapricornFarm, bless you, you have a kind heart. You put the welfare of Twinkle first over your own feelings. I hope they will stay in touch with you and let you know how she is doing.

All 3 of the ladies there, including me , cried at least once!

IN the PB&J?? New to me. My stepfather used to eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches but somehow that doesn't seem like as much of a flavor fight.

I just wanted to be sure she would have a good retirement. She will stay warm in FL.

I've taken to the same practice as you and my grandmother. She always checked the obits first thing while drinking her coffee. She said as long as her name wasn't there she was in good shape.

When i lived in FL, my name was in the obits one day! Freaky

Back home from FL tonight. Wood stove burning, nice and cosy. Love it. Dogs happy to see me , hubby said she didn't eat much.
